Fyre Defeats Team160 10-5 

Eric had two extra base hits, sparking Fyre to a 10-5 victory in seven innings over Team160 on Sunday at Great Lawn Field six .

Jovan Santos racked up four RBIs on two hits for Team160. He singled in the first inning and homered in the sixth inning.

Even though Nigel Talley allowed five runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory. Talley struck out one, walked none and gave up 10 hits.

Mike ” Fish” Pirretti took the loss for Team160. He allowed 10 runs in six innings, walked two and struck out one.

Team160 jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the first. Team160 got a spark in the form of  Danny ” Alotta ways” Alotta‘s single, before before Santos singled, bringing home Alotta.

The game’s last lead went to Fyre thanks to a second inning rally that saw two runs cross the plate on a sacrifice fly by Eric and an RBI single by Talley.

Fire pushed across two runs in both the fourth inning and the fifth. In the fourth, Fyre scored on a two-run home run by John Lalanne, scoring Eric.

Fyre built upon its lead with two runs in the fifth. The inning looked promising, as Bridgett singled, plating Big Tim to kick things off.

After pushing across four runs in the top of the sixth, Team160 faced just a 9-5 deficit. A three-run home run by Santos and a fielder’s choice set off Team160 rally.
